SkyWolff21
I installed it in many different ways, CPU_OPT, CPU_FAN and nothing, i boot up the pc and starts from 40 in a exponential way to 85 and 90 and 0.1% load, I'm sure is making contact bc there's thermal paste in the cpu and I tried with really tight screws, not that tight and normal, nothing works. Does anyone know what to do? Or should I ask for a replacement? Thanks.
DevBiker
Yeah, that pretty much sounds like a dead pump. The only thing that I can suggest to verify this suspicion is to make sure that your CPU_FAN header is set to 100%. But that does sound like blockage/pump failure. c-attack
I agree. If this is a brand new unit, fastest solution is to return it to the vendor as defective. If you've had it past the return point, contact Corsair through Ticket Support system at the top of the page.

I bought it on January 11th but I talked with corsair support and they are going to allow a replacement, and yeah, it's a dead pump nothing else to do
