jwilley
Hi, I've been using a Corsair Force GT 128 for a year or so without issue. I visited the site, saw and DL the Toolbox, ran it, and stupidly presumed that if the software directed me to upgrade the firmware--I should do so. It WAS running 1.3.3. After going through the process, I was directed to shut down and restart. I clicked on the provided button--- and all is now dead!! I've tried changing cables, ports, from SATA3 to 2--- I can't even get to the bios screen. Is there any hope of recovering the drive? I don't have a recent backup, also stupidly. Toasted
Leave the power disconnected for a short period of time then replug the drive and see if that helps. You can try a SATA/USB enclosure/adapter and see if you can get it to start.
