averiou Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 Firstly, at random times the cursor would freeze and only the mouse buttons worked, but I couldn't move the cursor, it also 'jumps' while I'm gaming and makes me look straight up or down (hard to explain with words). I've only started having this problem the last day or so; unplugging it and plugging it back in works, but it's only a temporary solution. The mouse is about 3-6 months old and I haven't had any serious problems with it before. I've tried reinstalling the firmware and switching usb ports. Any help would be appreciated. averiou Posted January 8, 2015 Author Share Posted January 8, 2015 Yeah, just tried it on a different pc and it is still happening. Quick edit, I figured out after about 2 min it fixes itself (when moving the mouse does nothing but the buttons work) but it's still really annoying and the other problem still happens.
