jpbnetley
Hi, A few days ago, when I started up my pc, I noticed that the colours was just red. (should be that rainbow visor one) I opend up ICUE software and saw my keyboard was not showing up. When I unplug, and plug it back in. The keyboard shows up, but now there is a read exclamation mark. (See attached image) This might have been after I updated ICUE. But I am unsure. I am running 3.28.75 for ICUE. I tailed the logs, and saw the following. 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: Begin attaching to "K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d) "\\\\?\\hid#vid_1b1c&pid_1b2d&mi_00&col04#7&247f0a35&1&0003#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}" status b= 0 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: End attaching to "K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d) "\\\\?\\hid#vid_1b1c&pid_1b2d&mi_00&col04#7&247f0a35&1&0003#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}" status a= 0 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: Created new device"K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d); ready:false 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: Begin attaching to "K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d) "\\\\?\\hid#vid_1b1c&pid_1b2d&mi_00&col02#7&247f0a35&1&0001#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}" status b= 0 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: End attaching to "K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d) "\\\\?\\hid#vid_1b1c&pid_1b2d&mi_00&col02#7&247f0a35&1&0001#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}" status a= 0 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: Begin attaching to "K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d) "\\\\?\\hid#vid_1b1c&pid_1b2d&mi_00&col03#7&247f0a35&1&0002#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}" status b= 0 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: End attaching to "K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d) "\\\\?\\hid#vid_1b1c&pid_1b2d&mi_00&col03#7&247f0a35&1&0002#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}" status a= 0 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: Begin attaching to "K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d) "\\\\?\\hid#vid_1b1c&pid_1b2d&mi_01#7&37af2673&0&0000#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}" status b= 0 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: End attaching to "K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d) "\\\\?\\hid#vid_1b1c&pid_1b2d&mi_01#7&37af2673&0&0000#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}" status a= 1 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices: Initializing "K95 RGB PLATINUM" (vid=1b1c, pid=1b2d) 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices.nxp: Get device info failed. request timed out for K95 RGB PLATINUM 2020-05-31T23:39:55 I cue.devices.nxp: "K95 RGB PLATINUM" Get device info failed. with "The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request. I tried uninstalling the keyboard driver, then restarting the system and plugging the keyboard back in. I also tried reinstalling ICUE. None of these worked. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
