Problem with CM3X1G1333C9 running triple channel

Hello guys!

I got this strange problem with my CM3X1G1333C9 running at triple channel. My Mobo only detects only 2GB of RAM when I got 3GB physical memory (1GBX3). I was running without any trouble for the past two years and suddenly this problem occured. I used to manually adjust the clock to run the ram @ 1333 when it was set to 1066 by BIOS default.

The confusing part is that the RAM now runs at 800MHz when I use triple channel (Slot 2,4,6 (white ones)). But when I insert the 3rd RAM to 1st slot (blue one), the BIOS detect the whole physical memory and runs @1066 and obviously in dual Channel. I'm posting here the CPUZ, HWMonitor and BIOS screenshot for clarification.

Start by checking the modules one at a time in the first slot with memtest (theres a link on the left sidebar) to be sure none of the modules are not failing.

Load setup defaults and make sure your timings and voltages are correct. Let each stick run for 2-4 passes each, OR until you get an error.

Just from what you have posted it sounds like one of the slots on the MB may have gone bad, but lets see how the modules test out first, and then we can go from there!
