The LT100 Starter Set power button in the base work for me as a power on/off.

I have a strange behavior with my K70 RGB MK.2 and the Commander Pro. Without me doing anything, after a while the keyboard appears as "Unavailable" in Windows idle and all my fans disconnect from the Commander Pro. Only a restart of the iCue service brings everything back to normal. Keyboard firmware: V3.24 Commander Pro Firmware: V0.9.212 iCUE version: V4.21.173 I've reinstalled iCUE completely clean, didn't help. Anyone an idea?

No specific issues. I was just wondering because of the complex firmware version numbers.

I'll admit I'm a Corsair fanboy and now have quite a collection of hardware. What has struck me for months is that there are apparently no more firmware updates for my hardware. Is nothing further developed or is this a bug? You guys broke the LT100 configuration. Once you switch both on one side of the monitor in the configuration, you cant switch a tower on the other side afterwards. Good job.

Something is now messed up with my HS80 and Dark Core Pro SE, both connected through the HS80 wireless receiver. I noticed that the Driver was reinstalled or changed when updating iCue. I use the HS80 as Hardware-Output-Device in Voicemeeter and now the Output Sound skips every second. Removing the HS80 from the output devices fixes the skips. Went smoothly beforce the iCue Update. Anyone else?

I got my HS80 today and have been absolutely happy with it so far. The only thing that irritates me is that iCue only shows stereo for the headset. I also have no way of changing this, the button to change does not respond. In Windows, the headset is displayed as 7.1 for the output devices. The firmware of the dongle and headset is the current version. I know from my previous corsair headsets that I can switch between stereo and 7.1. What should I do?

I want to place my LT100 towers on my left and right speaker. The distance between them is 6 meters. I spent hours looking for a DIY-solution, cant find the correct plug, etc. First of all: Is it a problem to use 6 meters length? Does it affect the brightness? I contacted the guys from ebay who sell 1m-cables, but i think that would cost a fortune in custom 6 meters-length and shipping to germany. Any suggestions?

Same here. Virtuoso SE and Dark Core PRO SE, no multipoint connection available... any solutions on this?

Check your taskmanager. Its probably the "msi mainboard integration" task. Known problem and will hopefully be fixed in the future.

I have an MSI Z390 board, the i-eat-8%-cpu-plugin running, but no control in icue4 whatsoever. What is to do?
