Cruz97 Posted May 27, 2020 Share Posted May 27, 2020 The keyboard keeps freezing, and iCUE says its not connecting it only works when i turn it off and on and then plug the usb cable in, wireless is not working and i do not have bluetooth, i have the latest firmware, all my drivers are updated, i have looked throughout the form and have found no solution. RinZ Posted May 30, 2020 Share Posted May 30, 2020 @corsair notepad. You understand that it's very frustrating that brand new stuff doesn't work? Why does it take so long to respond to these kind of things? Why isn't a corsair employee writing a good walkthrough on how to fix this? Multiple people have this issue with BRAND NEW equipment.
