Hexlicious
Been googling around for nearly 2 hours now and found several people with the same issue, but it seems it's not quit the same. For me the RGB works (rainbow effect) and the fans/pump is fully functional, but it's not showing up in iCUE for me to alter the colors. Is there any solution to this issue, or is the pump type just not compatible with iCUE? Note that I do not have the commander pro, but everything works so I can't see that being the issue. DevBiker
The pump is compatible with iCue and a Commander Pro is not required. Yes, you'll see some people say this but it's complete and total nonsense. Did you connect the USB on the cooler? Can you see the cooler in USBDeView (Download USBDeView from https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html)? Are you running any other monitoring tools? Hexlicious
Yup, turns out it was just the usb that I didn't plug in, sometimes the easiest solution is the last thing you think about. mgrenier25
This happened to me today, did nothing except a reboot, rgb didn't go to hardware mode, it was stuck on the last active profile. I had to power off the computer and u plug it from the wall for iCue to detect it again
