  1. Which exact cooler are you using? H150i tells me that it can be controlled in iCUE and that its a 360mm AIO. Does the cooler ever pop back up in iCUE on it's own? Or you do have to reboot your system? When you reinstalled iCUE, did you use the clean install method?
  2. Hey there, go ahead and contact our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com so our support team can look into this further for you.
  3. Hey there! You can try using the other CPU connection or even populating both connectors to see if that helps. You could also try testing the PSU using this guide here: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025085372-How-to-Test-a-power-supply-unit It's also a good policy to to reseat everything as often times it may be a loose cable, or component causing the issue.
  4. Are you using hardware key assignments or regular key assignments? Hardware key assignments is to save on the item's onboard memory for use when iCUE is either not running or not installed. Which version of iCUE are you currently on?
  5. The commander core that comes with our coolers can work as individual devices and show in iCUE as a Commander Core. However, if you actively have a cooler connected to the commander core(specifically the one that comes with the cooler) it should show up in iCUE as the cooler, rather than the commander core.

  9. For visibility, Opera GX may have a setting that allows it to overwrite the iCUE control for Corsair Products, I would check in Settings-> GX lighting Settings within Opera GX
  10. Hey there! It sounds like Opera GX is controlling the RGB on your keyboard when it's active. See if you can disable the setting for Corsair iCUE within Opera and check if the issue persists.
  11. Hey there! Double checked the quick start guide for the H150i Elite Capellix.. it should come with the four LGA 1700 Standoffs that you need to mount it on Alder Lake CPU. If you are missing any of the mounting hardware, reach out to our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com

  13. Do you have the wireless receiver plugged in nearby to any other wireless dongles? I would try spreading them apart if so. You could also try repairing iCUE to see if that makes a difference. 14. Have you already check iCUE for a firmware update? Might be worth also forcing a firmware update a few times in succession.

The instructions for your board can be found here: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025465031-How-to-Reset-your-keyboard . Where do you have the board plugged in? If you are using a USB hub or passthrough, try a direct connection.

You can find the instructions here: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025348571-How-to-Reset-your-computer-mouse You should also make sure to plug in the mouse directly into your computer rather than using a USB hub or passthrough just so that we can ensure the best connection. You can check to see if your mouse has a button response optimization option in the device settings in iCUE that you can try to enable. If that does not help, go ahead and contact our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com so our support team can look into this further for you.
