Which exact cooler are you using? H150i tells me that it can be controlled in iCUE and that its a 360mm AIO. Does the cooler ever pop back up in iCUE on it's own? Or you do have to reboot your system? When you reinstalled iCUE, did you use the clean install method? -

Hey there! You can try using the other CPU connection or even populating both connectors to see if that helps. You could also try testing the PSU using this guide here: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025085372-How-to-Test-a-power-supply-unit It's also a good policy to to reseat everything as often times it may be a loose cable, or component causing the issue. -
iCUE and Commander Core RGB

The commander core that comes with our coolers can work as individual devices and show in iCUE as a Commander Core. However, if you actively have a cooler connected to the commander core(specifically the one that comes with the cooler) it should show up in iCUE as the cooler, rather than the commander core. -

For visibility, Opera GX may have a setting that allows it to overwrite the iCUE control for Corsair Products, I would check in Settings-> GX lighting Settings within Opera GX

Do you have the wireless receiver plugged in nearby to any other wireless dongles? I would try spreading them apart if so. You could also try repairing iCUE to see if that makes a difference. Have you already check iCUE for a firmware update? Might be worth also forcing a firmware update a few times in succession. -

If you are using a USB hub or passthrough, try a direct connection. -
