  1. I went ahead with an RMA. I'll try forcing a firmware update again. Still getting this "unknown USB device" followed by a driver error in my windows device settings (attached image below).
  2. Im getting exactly the same problem you are having. I had tried it on 3 other PCs around my house and it was the same result.
  3. So I tried it on 3 separate pcs. The same result, upon powering on the computer, the mouse pad powers on for a second and then shuts off. I went to settings > devices and saw "Unknown USB Device ( Device Descriptor Request Failed) Driver Error". This occurred in 3 different pcs all on the latest windows update and one without iCUE installed. Strangely enough, when I replug, iCUE detects it after. It's most likely a defective unit. Im contemplating on RMA (assuming they may have replacements).
  4. I just got my MM700 recently. I am having somewhat a similar problem. Whenever I power my PC (or restart), the mouse pad isn't detected until I plug and replug back in. It's in a USB 3.1 gen 1 port. Here is what I have tried: -clean reinstalled corsair -updated firmware -disabled USB selective suspend -removed the device once it is detected and replugged in the mouse pad. -switched USB ports. Even without ICUE, my mousepad fails to be detected by my PC. Any similar problems?
  5. Hello, I recently got an MM700 RGB mouse pad. Upon startup or restarting my computer, the mouse pad fails to light up or get recognized by ICUE or my computer. It is only until I unplug and replug it back in that my computer detects the device. Here is what I have tried: -Clean reinstalled ICUE -switched usb ports -removed device via control panel and had it redetect. Could it be just my mouse pad? Thanks.
  6. The aio is running at stock settings so I did not make changes to the fan curves. Surprisingly, the sound occurs upon start up.
  7. When I cold boot my computer, the aio gets crazy loud. It sounds like grinding sound. Im not sure if its bubbles or pump itself is ramping up. The activity is normal after start up. The radiator is mounted top. Here is a 17 second video of my computer starting up. http://tiny.cc/dz97tz Should I RMA my H100i SE? Thanks.
