HS45 Conexant, Sound Distortion, No Mic and No iCue

Hi i am having the exact same problem, Im on the current windows update version 2004, my icue no longer registers that i have my hs45 headset plugged in and my computer says i have conexant plugged in and not corsair, is there any fix for this at all? my headset was working fine yesterday and now doesnt work at all. Thanks
