been having the same issue for a while now ( volume randomly keeps dropping down and going up in games ) , hopefully it gets fixed soon, i really like this headset but if it doesnt get fixed i will have to return it

Still no fix for the Corsair Virtuoso volume randomly dropping down in games ? or the crackling or the poor quality ?
