Hi there, since a while my MM700 RGB has started to loose illumination along the the long sides and the left short one. Already tried to force a firmware upgrade, nothing changes. Is RMA the only way? Thanks! Baio

Closes continuously with errors, icon disappearing often from SystemTray, completely broke ASUS plugin (can no longer control motherboard and VGA), keyboard (K100) disconnect/riconnect frequency increased a lot... Corsair, what happened???

I was referring to the connect/disconnect issue. I have no problem at the moment but I'm still on firmware v1.11.34 and haven't updated to latest v1.14.58 because I read for many users it worsen the problem. Baio

Thanks for your replay. I found the option you mentioned in ICue preferences, so I think onew can only choose to use/not to use the games integration but can't edit an own profile for each game? Sorry fot the dumb questions, but it's my first Corsair keyboard, I've been a Logitech user for a long time and GHub acts quite differently. Baio

Maybe I'm asking something stupid, but I've got a new K100 and today I entered Diablo IV stress test... and the keyboard illumination has turned full red. But where can I control this? Can't find anything in Icue... Thanks! Baio

Thanks for your replay, but my issue is not related to a bricked AIO. When the update fails I get the red triangle on the LCD pump LCD monitor, but as soon as I switch the power off and on again, it works normally. Baio

Thanks for your support. BIOS and chipset drivers are up to date, I tried killing all background processes, but update keeps failing. Can you please open a ticket with Corsair Assistance for me? Baio

Hi there, hope someone can help me... I started to get this firmware update notification since v4.30.162 and also with latest v4.31.168, but the update always fails. I have the LCD Upgrade Kit connected via a NZXT USB hub but even if I plug it directly to the mobo's USB 2.0 header, it ends in the same way. When upgrade process starts, I hear the USB disconnect sound and the fans start spinning at 100%, the H150 is no longer listed in iCue, the LCD screen displays the red triangle with the exclamation mark and nothing else happens... iCue keeps running and I have to switch the pc off and on again to get the H150 back, but it keeps telling me there is the firmware upgrade do to. Same issue as previous versions, on every boot the sensors page is populated even if I disabled them berfore rebooting. Baio

Thanks for this post, very usefull! Just 1 question: I installed AC before iCue and can't remember installing any plugin... maybe iCue installs it by itself? Baio

A little bug that affects my pc since a couple of versions... when the system goes in sleep, after it wakes up the iCue icon in the SystemTray disappears even if the software is still running. I must kill all Corsair related processes to b able to open the main window again. Hope it helps! Baio

Hope they are improving this product series, the LS100 Starter kit+extensions I own simply it's not worth the price payed. How do you set your LS100? If I use the preset for UW monitor, I can use all the effects, but they don't work or work oddly (as presets are meant for a predefined number of strips). If I use a custom layout, not all the effects are avaliable. Baio

Why looking for more metal sticky plates, if they are still inadquate? Depending on the surface of you monitor's back, they are completely useless... besides if you add extra strips to the basic LS100 (very common whtn trying to cover an UW monitor's surface), you wont be able to use other than basic lighting effects. Corsair's worst product ever... and I own many. Baio

Red triangle on RAM is the tipical error when 2 RGB software fight against each other for RAM control. Do you have another software like ASUS AURA or Armoury Crate installed and running? Baio

Only configurations that work with Video Lighting are the preset ones, every custom config can either work for sometime and then start acting weird or don't work at all. Long-time reported issue, Corsair said the were working on it, but it dates back prior to iCue 4 release... I'm loosing my hope. Baio

Video Lighting is avaliable only with iCue's presets, if you use a custom configuration of strips, it simply won't show. I have a starter kit + 2x250mm expansion and I have set them 250+450+250+250+450+250 as it's the best way they cover my 34" UW curved monitor's back. If I choose double monitor preset, I have Ambient Lighting avaliable and working for some time, then the strips start to act weird. It's a long-time problem that has been brought to Corsair attention several times, but still no luck for us... and meanwhile they also released v.4 of iCue. Nothing much to do then cross our fingers and hope. Baio
