Where did that notation come from?

Looks like from a Quora post from a couple of years ago.

I read it in a forum post and then I noticed that Corsair really did or use to sell exhaust fans, so I started rethinking it. I think that might be for a power supply - I wasn't really sure. Everything I've ever seen before were just identical to the other fans in the system. That's what I'm going to do so I believe your right.  If I see a deletion option later- I'll probably delete the whole post. When I contacted corsair, they basically said the same thing - turn it around and let it rip. Thanks. -

    120mm Exhaust Fan (corsair.com)

That's an exhaust fan for old cases that aren't made anymore.

The link you gave me is a knowledge base.  I searched for my issue and didn't find it.  You said to create a support ticket but gave me a link to a knowledge base.  On a thread about a keyboard I don't even use anymore, because it was also broken, and I never got support for that one either.

Looks like they updated the UI a bit. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see links to create a support ticket for troubleshooting or warranty exchange.

Hello, I’m just having some huge issues with this website. I don’t know how bad emoji got there and I’m still missing a bunch of other system specs that I wanted to put up but the stupid thing keeps giving me errors not impressed corsair

What was the error you saw on the forum?

If you go to your profile page, you can add your system specs in the System Specs area, and then add the system to your posts.

That's great thank you so much. So I have an iCUE H115i Elite Capellix but it seem quite hard to get in the UK, can I also just replace it with the newer model H115I Elite Capellix XT?

    I have Intel i9-10850k 3.60 GHZ processor.

I am not the best with technology but before I go and replace the whole cooling system is there any reason the system failed? It worked absolutely fine for 2 years. I already plugged  all the cables out of the small control box but didn't make a difference. The pump and fans are just not turning on when I start the pc!

    Thank you again.

I'd suggest contacting support. Assuming it was purchased new, it should still be under warranty. https://help.corsair.com

  6.  We have a new version of iCUE (v5.11.96) that will be available in the next couple of hours. Release notes for the new version are available through the link below:

    • Resolved a critical issue that enables ‘Enhance Pointer Precision’ in Pointer options under WinOS Mouse Properties – iCUE will also no longer re-enable this option on application restart.
