Looks like they updated the UI a bit. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see links to create a support ticket for troubleshooting or warranty exchange.

Are you talking about this thread specifically, or have you created a support ticket at https://help.corsair.com? If the former, please create a support ticket so that the support team can help you out. If the latter, please let me know the ticket number and I can have it reviewed.

No, that's just the NA version and it's being sold in the EU. I can't recall ever hearing of a US International version of any of our keyboards (could be wrong).

What was the error you saw on the forum?
If you go to your profile page, you can add your system specs in the System Specs area, and then add the system to your posts.

Do you have javascript blocked when you go to that page? It's working for me, same browser/OS setup.

- Resolved an issue that caused iCUE to unexpectedly quit when importing a profile on a system with a NVIDIA Founder’s Card GPU installed

I am not the best with technology but before I go and replace the whole cooling system is there any reason the system failed? It worked absolutely fine for 2 years. I already plugged all the cables out of the small control box but didn't make a difference. The pump and fans are just not turning on when I start the pc!

I'd suggest contacting support. Assuming it was purchased new, it should still be under warranty. https://help.corsair.com

Looks like from a Quora post from a couple of years ago.
That's an exhaust fan for old cases that aren't made anymore.
