That's great thank you so much. So I have an iCUE H115i Elite Capellix but it seem quite hard to get in the UK, can I also just replace it with the newer model H115I Elite Capellix XT?
I have Intel i9-10850k 3.60 GHZ processor.
I am not the best with technology but before I go and replace the whole cooling system is there any reason the system failed? It worked absolutely fine for 2 years. I already plugged all the cables out of the small control box but didn't make a difference. The pump and fans are just not turning on when I start the pc!
Thank you again.
I'd suggest contacting support. Assuming it was purchased new, it should still be under warranty. https://help.corsair.com

Each kit is tested to work at its rated specs, but your two kits haven't been explicitly tested together and therefore can't be guaranteed to work together at their rated specs, or any specs for that matter. Try just one kit at a time. They should run at their rated specs just fine.
Afterwards you can put them together, and try running them at lower specs to see if it boots at all, then check for stability, etc.

What's your support ticket number for the chat? Are you attempting to run two kits of CMH64GX5M2B6000Z40 together?

QuoteWe're currently aware and addressing a known issue with iCUE version 5.11.95 where users utilizing non-Corsair mice may notice the "Enhance Pointer Precision" setting within Windows being automatically enabled each time iCUE is launched. To locate this setting, navigate to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Mouse > Additional Mouse Settings > Pointer Options tab.

There's a part number on the side of the radiator. That will tell you exactly which item you have. Look for CW-xxxxxxx-xx, e.g. CW-9060047-WW .

You can have two different SSDs with the same name but different firmware needs. I’d suggest contacting support to ask them if they have any additional information: https://help.corsair.com.

RMAs are different from refunding a purchase from the store. Starting a return (not an RMA) should answer your questions during the process. The customer service team will be able to answer your questions.

Please create a support ticket at https://help.corsair.com . 2 year warranty, more than likely they'll send you a new I/O panel which contains the power button.
RMA canceled after package sent.
