  1. Sorry for the confusion! I received the product, and I appreciate your input. However, the website needs fixing as the statuses for product warranty exchanges aren't updated, even though the email suggests checking progress on their website.
  2. I've observed that my RMA for the HS55 headset has been canceled, as per the Corsair tracking website. Could someone please provide details on the reason for the cancellation? I sent the package a week ago, immediately after receiving UPS tracking information. The website states that they canceled my RMA on the same day they received the package, and they haven't even notified me of any reason. Is there anything else I can do now?
