x509 Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 I just bought an HP P2055dn printer, which includes a memory slot. The user manual includes a description of the upgrade modules. The range from 32 to 256 MB, and are described as "44 x 32-pin DDR2." Is this the same as the SODIMM memory in my laptop? (If so, I could see upgrading my laptop from 1 GB memory sticks to 4 GB.) Stupid question: If I put in a 1 GB memory, would all that memory be recognized, or just 256 MB? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
