H100i Elite Leds lagging or something

i bought a h100i elite, since day 1 sometimes when i turn on my pc my leds configurations don't load (keep the hardware one) and the leds are flickering/lagging. The problem is fixed just restarting the iCUe software. Without iCue its just fine too.

I contact support, follow EVERY step was sent to me, but im still getting this. If i made a iCUE fresh install its fix for like 2 days, then the problem come back.

When this problem occurs and I try to change effects, all effects experience this lag until the software is restarted.
