MirPrime Posted August 3, 2023 Share Posted August 3, 2023 I have had my H150i AIO for a few months now nad have had no issues until now. Randomly the coolant temp is spiking to uncontrollable levels. I have cleaned the dust and replaced the thermal paste but they keep reaching 60+ degrees. The pump is showing as functional in the ICUE. Anyone else experience this issue or has an idea on what could be the problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
