H100x RGB Elite install to MSI Pro Z690-A DDR4

Hello Community -

1st time builder here looking for some guidance. I’m installing H100x RGB Elite (2 fans model) and I’m looking for instructions for plugging this in to MSI Pro Z690-A DDR4 Mother board. 
 

There are 2 wires coming out of the Cooler pump. 1 with slots for 4 connection points and the other has 3 slots for connection. I don’t see any 3 prong connection points on the motherboard so I’m not sure how this should be configured.
