Corsair not responding to my ticket

Same here. And they have the message saying to expect delays since 3 years ago. Corsair's products are not exactly cheap to have such a terrible support.

I have clear I will never buy anything from them again, but I like how the K100 is built, just the software is crap as usually happens with everything iCue related. If I can't solve the problem of it suddenly stopping responding or repeating the last key pressed I will execute the insurance I bought and get rid of this.

I find so offensive that they have such a support (if you can say that they have a support, which I don't think so). They've replied me twice, one with the universal solution of reinsatalling and another asking for a screenshot of a feature I wasn't using. Two bad replies in two months.
