H150 Elite Capellix firmware v2.11.221 upgrade always fails

Hi there, hope someone can help me...

I started to get this firmware update notification since v4.30.162 and also with latest v4.31.168, but the update always fails.

I have the LCD Upgrade Kit connected via a NZXT USB hub but even if I plug it directly to the mobo's USB 2.0 header, it ends in the same way.

When upgrade process starts, I hear the USB disconnect sound and the fans start spinning at 100%, the H150 is no longer listed in iCue, the LCD screen displays the red triangle with the exclamation mark and nothing else happens... iCue keeps running and I have to switch the pc off and on again to get the H150 back, but it keeps telling me there is the firmware upgrade do to.

Make sure that your BIOS and chipset drivers are fully updated, and that you have closed all other applications running in the background.

Thanks for your support.

BIOS and chipset drivers are up to date, I tried killing all background processes, but update keeps failing.

Can you please open a ticket with Corsair Assistance for me?

Thanks for your replay, but my issue is not related to a bricked AIO.

When the update fails I get the red triangle on the LCD pump LCD monitor, but as soon as I switch the power off and on again, it works normally.
