It’s a custom fit, pre-bent hardline kit and typically you would do a drain valve on an extra pump port or maybe even with a short piece of soft tubing that can be tucked out of sight. You wouldn’t want to try and splice a T-valve into the middle of a tube run as it would impact the custom fit. 
 

There is no set way to do a drain valve other than you want it at a low point in the loop. That kit does not appear to come with a T-valve or any natural way to do the drain, so you’ll likely need an extra piece or two. It’s hard to tell from the mock up, but there might be an unused port on the bottom of the XD7 that could serve as the drain port opening.
