fallingly
I have had the virsuosos for about a month, and one day, all the resistance was gone from the volume wheel. I am sure it was not over time, and it also does not work. My guess is that a part of it came loose or something, but I'm not entirely sure. Corsair Employee Solution Corsair Elito Posted September 30, 2022 Corsair Employee Solution Share Posted September 30, 2022 Hi Is the unit free spinning and not reacting to the action of the wheel? if so, you may want to look into a replacement unit. fallingly
Yes, that is what happened. Can you provide me with instructions on how to get a warranty replacement?
fallingly
I have had my virtuosos for a while, but one day the volume wheel started free spinning, and there is no tactility. How should I put in the warranty request, and if there's a link to a warranty form or something, please send the link too
