  1. We looked at this issue previously, It is a conflict on windows. We are looking into this issue, we apologize for the inconvenience. We currently do not a have a fix for this issue, other than adjusting it manually/rebooting. Please let me know if there's any change to the situation.

  4. Hi, You would have to sign into iCUE on the host machine to get it working. If you cannot install it will not function. Or have macros have to be saved on hardware profiles.
  5. Hi, This is because the LED is located at the top of the switch, which would make the top of the key much brighter than the bottom of the key because of the light dispersion under the key. Sorry if this makes it difficult to see, but this is how it is intended.

  11. Hi Could you try a repair of iCUE, Attempt to repair the iCUE software. Control Panel Programs and Features Right Click the iCUE software Select Repair Restart computer And also can your try a force firmware update of the device.   12. We are aware of the issue, this is a windows driver conflict. We are currently waiting on a resolution.
  13. Ubuntu is not supports by our software, the software is iCUE and be downloaded on the downloads tab on the corsair website.
  14. Hi Which HS 60 device do you have? If it is one with a surround dongle, could you test the analog connection and check if you have the same issue?
  15. Hi Is the unit free spinning and not reacting to the action of the wheel? if so, you may want to look into a replacement unit.
