branto
I am having the same problem on an MSI Creator TRX40 motherboard with an AMD Threadripper 3970x CPU. The board was able to see a Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB SSD, but neither of 2 new MP600s could be detected.

Corsair Employee Corsair CJ Posted September 3, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 3, 2020 Sorry to hear that. Reaching out to technical support seems to be the best course of action in this case: https://help.corsair.com If you have another machine, you could try temporarily installing the drive in that to determine if it's something up with your motherboard on your main machine or a potential issue with the drive itself.
