  1. My mouse was fine after updating to the latest version of iCue initially. I then did the update for the wireless dongle to v.5.0.84 and now my mouse is no longer detected. Tried a reset Tried a clean install (deleted all corsair folders including those in the registry) I tried reinstalling a previous version of icue. Tried uninstalling the devices in Device Manager No luck with anything. My mouse can connect to my computer using bluetooth, but pairing using the 2.4GHz method with the dongle no longer works. Has anyone encountered this and found a fix? i attached screenshots for reference. You can see the version number for the dongle and also that the "Initiate" button to start pairing is grayed out and can't be selected. The last screenshot shows my mouse connected to my pc with bluetooth. This sucks since i can't load my profiles on bluetooth.
  2. Hello, my B550-F Gaming Mainboard from Asus does appear in iCue and I can adjust every Colour like it should, but the LED's on the Mainboard doesn't change the colour. It is a new build from Wednesday and since yet everything worked without any problems. Yesterday it worked, I shut down my pc, today I'm turning it back on, and it doesn't work. I reinstalled "ARMOURY CRATE" and iCue multiple times and restarted my pc between it, I also looked in the bios, but I can't find something and I don't think that there is the problem, because yesterday everything worked with the same bios settings. Thanks for help.
  3. Good morning all, Let me introduce myself Frédéric, 52 years old and passionate about IT. I ask you for advice or information because I am facing a problem which I cannot find the solution. I am building a desktop PC that is composed: CM MSI X570 Unify Ryzen 5 3600 Corsair DDR4 3600 memory CG sapphire Pulse RX 3600 XT 6gb CORSAIR Force MP600 M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen4 x4 SSD My problem is that my SSD is not detected in the bios, therefore I cannot install WIN10, Well, I can do nothing. The bios has been updated with the latest version that MSI offers. I set the parameters to UEFI. So, if you have advice I am interested. Thank you in advance for your help.
