PandoraOz
Hello, I have the Corsair 780T case, and I've noticed that the off button and LED power (restart, the fan power, USB, etc, etc) and want to know if someone could help me correct this error. https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/spartan-board/posts/56cbe7547a47802388d4b70f.jpg So I have connected the cables of the case on my motherboard, and I am sure that they are nice connected. https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/spartan-board/posts/56cbe7557a47802388d4b712.jpg https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/spartan-board/posts/56cbe7557a47802388d4b711.jpg
Toasted
If you have double check your connections e.g. Positive to positive, Negative to negative and it still does not work, put in a support ticket to replace the front I/O panel. Make sure you also upload a picture of your invoice as proof of purchase. https://corsair.secure.force.com/

Corsair Employee Greybeard Posted February 27, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 27, 2016 Yeah, that power/stop button should be lit. @PandoraOz - There is a SATA or Molex that needs to be connected to your PSU, make sure that's plugged in. I did know they were supposed to light up too . Only my start button / fan controller / hard drive light (when accessing) light up . Everything for use of the front panel is connected (correctly) on my (new build) 780t and my x99 Asrock OC Formula 3.1 ; with the possible exception of the headphone/mic connectors going to my z-sound card vs using the onboard sound . I'll guess I'll have to triple check my connections , but I know they are correct . Again sorry for thread intrusion .

After you get a chance to check your connections, and if they are still not working properly, feel free to open a support ticket on our website and we'll get you taken care of. https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp
