After couple months, my fan speed controller knob was wearing down then eventually stopped working. I plugged my fans directly to the MOBO and it worked so I sent a support ticket to Corsair. In less than a week, I had the replacement part arrive at my door from UPS without even needing to send the defective part back. :D::D::D: Thank you for the support.
