Melonhead Posted June 15, 2020 Share Posted June 15, 2020 Hi all, I just bought a Dark Core RGB SE from Amazon. However, only the left and middle buttons seem to be working. Has this happened to others? Anyone got a fix? I've updated the firmware, re-installed iCUE and tried to reset the mouse itself. Melonhead Posted June 15, 2020 Author Share Posted June 15, 2020 Thanks for the replies, I've raised a ticket on the support system. I've followed the FAQ for "button not working" i.e. soft reset the mouse and a fresh install of iQUE but sadly neither have worked. Left click, mouse wheel and middle button are good but nothing else. I've remapped the middle button to right click to keep me going. I'll update here if we figure out a solution. Thanks again! Melonhead Posted June 26, 2020 Author Share Posted June 26, 2020 Update for anyone else who runs into this. I've just been contacted by Corsair support and offered an RMA. They apologised as it's taken a while to get in contact. I guess they are just suffering with the whole COVID-19 situation.
