CUE 3.1.133 and Commander Pro lighting strip BRIGHTNESS control

Yes, you can. Not directly but effectively the result is the same.

Add a "Static Color" effect to the channel. Set the static color to 0, 0, 0. Add this to the top of the Lighting Effects for the channel.

From there, set the Opacity for the Static Color effect. Since this is an effect, you can apply it to individual fans/strips/LEDs.
