CUE 3.1.133 and Commander Pro lighting strip BRIGHTNESS control

I don't see any way to adjust the brightness in the Commander Pro Lighting strips with the new version of CUE.

 

Is it there and I'm missing it?

In your Settings tab on the top bar, select the Commander Pro and there should be a slider bar for brightness.

But it controls both. I want to lower the brightness of one. Is that possible?

Yes, you can. Not directly but effectively the result is the same.

Add a "Static Color" effect to the channel. Set the static color to 0, 0, 0. Add this to the top of the Lighting Effects for the channel.

From there, set the Opacity for the Static Color effect. Since this is an effect, you can apply it to individual fans/strips/LEDs.
