Home Key Led Dead?

Hi I bought the Corsair K70 RGB on the day of release months ago( so I have the CH-9000063 model), and I think one of the LEDs are dead. The Home key green and blue LEDs seem to be working fine, but the red led seems to be pertinently shut off. This is especially noticeable with the mega-rainbow profil, so Im wondering how I can fix this. Should I RMA it to corsair, or could it possibly be a firmware issue?

Create a new profile and assign the home key to red. Does it stay red or turn off?

 

Have you tried resetting the key to default?

Have you tried reflashing the firmware?

WIth a new profile it still only shows blue and green lights. It seems as if the red led is still dead only for the home key. Also, How do you reset the firmware?

I reset the firmware, and it seems like the LED is still having issues. I think I will just RMA my keyboard.

It's like a issue that comes and go.

I used to have this too, but now they've gone back to normal.

but it doesn't even come and go for me. It just stuck with blue and green leds permanently. I've tried resetting the firmware to 1.12, 1.13, and 1.15 and the issue still persisted. I've also tried older versions of CUE, and still have the issue. So I think it is probably a dead LED. Its very strange, that this led is dead, especially since its on a key that I never press.

Yeah well I had it for a while, I can't even remember when it was that it fixed itself.

I may have unplugged the keyboard for a while, not sure really even though I have translucent keycaps so things like this is super visible.
