Medieval Nerd
Howdy there, I setup a wave to activate upon mode switches, and it's working great 2 of my modes which have static lighting. But for the mode that I create which is bunch of spaced groups of keys, I had the issue where at first the wave only appeared on the first 4 rows of the keyboard while the bottom two remained in their wave animations. So I decided to simply delete my 'All board' group and try again. But now what is happening is that the wave effect is applied to the whole board, but instead of appearing 'over' the mode's animation, it melds with it. All this to lead up to this question, how do you control whether an effect melds with others or overrides it? I'm a bit puzzled that I did the same thing twice and got different results. Comet 1626864951
In CUE2, you specify the opacity and order of lighting effects. An effect closer to the top of the screen with 100% opacity will override any other lighting.
