NullyNuggat Posted November 2, 2016 Share Posted November 2, 2016 I am getting confused as for when my Headset is fully charged because I left it on charge now for 24hrs and the amber "orange like color" is still pulsing as if its still charging but the VOID was 100% just 2 hours into the charge. Ok so I went to CUE>Global Settings>OpenFirmwareUpdate and did "Force Update" the version is "Dongle Firmware v.39.02, the mic was 100% this morning and I left it on for another 10 hours when I was working and the amber charging light was still pulsing as if it's charging Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
