Processing time on returned item

So, I sent in a pair of corsair void headphones recently to be fixed/replaced a couple of weeks ago. The headphones were recieved and have been processing for the past two weeks. Is it suppost to take this long for processing? If so, when should I expect it to be sent out? Any help would be great. If you need the Ticket #, let me know
