Upon looking into your account we see you created the ticket after hours on Friday night which would explain why you have not received a reply over the weekend. Our support is only open Mon-Thur 8am - 5pm PST, and Fr 9am-3pm PST.

That being said did you make sure that your BIOS is fully updated, and did you clear your motherboard CMOS before installing the memory in the system?

yeah all my stuff is updated, it's an issue with a sector in the RAM I ran tests and found out it's got a problem.
