MadHatch
Just a quick question - I noticed this listed on the new i140 & i160 - what is the difference between Windows 10 Home Advanced - and normal Windows 10 Home?
Chasim
You probably already know, but there are three variants: Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Home in S Mode, and Windows 10 Home Advanced. "Advanced" is only available on newer, higher end PCs, although I have not been able to find out what "Advanced' actually adds... I can tell you that it does not include Bitlocker, which is why I upgrade to Pro - well, Bitlocker and Local Group Policy Editor.
MadHatch
I actually called customer services regarding this - and their is no difference between Win10 Home and Win10 Home Advanced. Advanced, as you said, is just optimised to give you the best out of higher end CPUs and chipsets. So this now begs the question: IF I upgrade to Pro, do I lose all the extra optimised parts of Home Advanced? My guess is not, as I note the i180 uses Pro and the high end CPU and chipsets. But if anyone has an answer to THAT I would be grateful!
