VegetasSpec Posted November 6, 2016 Share Posted November 6, 2016 I got this keyboard two days ago and i downloaded the CUE. When i plugged in my void headset it detected my headset. When i plugged in my K70 RAPIDFIRE Mechanical Gaming Keyboard — Cherry MX Speed it doesn't get detected. The keyboard lights up. Macros cant be set up. The mute volume key doesn't also the scroll wheel thing for the volume and the pause, previous and next key for music. PLEASE HELP! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Do you have another computer to try this keyboard on? Even without CUE, the keyboard should work as a plug and play unit. Do you have both USB plugged in? VegetasSpec Posted November 14, 2016 Author Share Posted November 14, 2016 the keyboard types but i cant set no macros cant use any effects when i type the mute key and the volume scroll wheel on the keyboard doesn't work and CUE wont detect the keyboard. animeowns Posted November 15, 2016 Share Posted November 15, 2016 Corsair K95 Keyboard not detected I am having this same issue and I would like to get a rma started I have tried the troubleshooting steps but using a Corsair K95 RGB keyboard it worked for a few months and now it isn't being detected by any of my pc's I have tested it on 2 so far the keys lights still showup but the CUE software and windows is not picking it up it refuses to even install the keyboard driver in device manager its listed as a HID using windows 10 x64 bit with latest drivers I would like to get a new one shipped out to me as soon as possible while its under warranty.
