salmonella Posted August 25, 2017 Share Posted August 25, 2017 Hello, when I use my corsair void for about 5 minutes, my headset starts beeping and the infomic flashes the red and green color on both of the led's. If I ignore it for a minute, the headset turns off automatically. The only way to remedy this flashing is by pressing the power button once, but it always comes back after 5 minutes. I fully charge my headset before I use it, so I'm sure its not because of low battery. I've updated the firmware on the headset but it still has the same problem. This gets very annoying as every time I am playing i have to hear the beeps and fix it before it comes back in another 5 minutes while gaming. Does anyone have an idea what this means? Thanks. Try the following and let us know if the issue continues: - Open CUE - Select the Global Settings (Gear Wheel) - Check the box for "Disable Auto Shutoff" Also, make sure your firmware for the headset has been updated.
