Wired
If you've already contacted tech support this thread is not needed as that is the most efficient way to contact with them. Closing duplicate info thread.

Wired
Not surprising. If you contacted them via the ticketing system 24 hours from your last post, that means it was 6 PM CST on Friday and they were already closed for the day. They won't see it until Monday. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted June 29, 2010 Corsair Employee Share Posted June 29, 2010 I have approved your RMA and sent a message to customer service to contact you, but it may be best if you contact them and see if they can help you but most likely you will need to ship it to Taiwan. You can send them an email at RMAservice@corsairmemory.com and ask them to help you with this.

LadKiller
Hey i am probably going to buy a h50 cooler, and was wondering if it leaked (i know this is extreemly unlikely) is my whole computer covered by the h50's waranty. Or will just the H50 be replaced?
Synthohol
http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=87937 no just the H50, you must agree to the terms of the warranty before purchase. the few cases you have read about here are handled on a case by case basis and you should never assume you will get anything replaced except the H50.. if you install an H50 in your PC you take the sole risk of a mishap, not Corsair. P.S. all my PCs are covered under my homeowners insurance policy, you could look into that too.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted July 13, 2010 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 13, 2010 I really doubt they have insurance in Philippines for their house, from what I know they are lucky to have insurance on their cars if they own one. No offense.
