No response to RMA for h100i for ages.

Hi, I've been trying to get an RMA for my h100i as the LED has stopped functioning. However I have had no reply from anyone. These are the two tickets I've sent, with no reply to them:

6607617 (more recent)

6605006 (first one submitted, still no reply)

6605006 was closed because it's a duplicate of 6603886. 6603886 was last responded to on 3/31 and is awaiting you to respond to it.

 

6607617 was only created a couple of hours ago. Tickets are responded to on a first come first serve basis and this was a 3 day weekend in the USA. It'll be responded to either today or tomorrow depending on how many came in over the weekend. Please note that they'll see that this is another duplicate and refer you back to the first ticket.
