It most be the chipset drivers of the X570 boards from Asus.

I installed chipset drivers directly from AMD and am still experiencing this issue.

It is 100% the commander pro and or its drivers. It disconnects and crashes the Icue Software and a bunch of other issues pop up.

I agree. I've watched it dissapear in icue then pop back on. It freezes certain games on me and cuts sound on almost every game.

Not only does it crash the Root USB hub , so all devices under that hub will also disconnect. The Corsair Service locks up and put the CPU in a deadlock , which screws almost everything up. I am seeing Audio drivers failing , PCIe errors and just about everything all due to 50 dollar part failing. LIKE REALLY CORSAIR

I just got a response yesterday from my ticket. They just told me to do a fresh install of icue. I even linked them to two of the threads here. Well hopefully they're doing what they told you.

I don't think a reinstall of the drivers/iCue will fix this. This just looks like a compatibility issue. |

I found a workaround for using Corsair Cue and Link (for lighting, control and monitoring) without freezing the computer.
Just uninstall all icue/link softwares and install cue v2.24.50. The problem is corsair link embedded in icue. |

Throwing my hat into the ring on this one.
Same Asus Prime Pro X570 board. Commander pro disconnecting all USB devices every 5-10 minutes. I would be playing Forza and it would even disconnect my wireless controller mid race. I had no disconnect issues before I added the Commander pro. I was just using a Corsair LED fan hub and Lighting node pro. I'm not using any HWInfo monitoring that I know of. The only "fix" I found was to go into device manager and in USB root hub I went into power management and unchecked 'allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.' Then Totally close ICue. Open the game I want to play. Reopen ICue. Play game. I had 0 disconnects during gameplay last night after doing this. (2 hours of Forza and an hour of Modern Warfare.) Thoughts? EDIT: Still happening. Last edited by biffmofo; 12-13-2019 at 10:19 AM. Reason: Update |

I didn't do anything new but I was playing skyrim for a good 50 hours and didn't have it happen for a few weeks. The other day it happened over and over. This is so annoying. Hopefully they get this fixed soon.
