  1. I finally got it to work correctly for me. Originally, i had all of my accessories connected to the USB 3.0 ports directly on my motherboard. I decided to try and move my MM800's connection to the USB 3.0 port on my case instead and i have not had a problem since. I'm not sure what your setup looks like in regards to that, but i recommend giving it a try
  2. I had experienced a similar issue. Mine had started happening after i purchased the MM800 RGB mousepad. All of the usb ports on my motherboard were usb 3.0 and i had all of them connected, but all my corsair accessories would randomly shut off and restart after a few seconds. I was finally able to solve that problem by plugging my mousepad into the USB 3.0 port on the case instead of directly to the motherboard. It almost seemed to be a power delivery issue for me, but i was never quite sure.
  3. Current peripherals: Corsair K70 MK.2 Rapidfire Corsair Darkcore RGB SE Corsair MM800 RGB mousepad Wirless USB headset. Recently, I purchased the Corsair MM800 mousepad to replace an older, non RGB one, but shortly after connecting it to my computer, I started to notice some problems with and and all of my other USB peripherals where they would all randomly disconnect from my PC and then reconnect about 3 seconds later. So far, whenever I disconnect my MM800 from the PC, i have not been able to get it to happen. Same applies if i turn off all of the RGB in iCue. Troubleshooting tasks i have tried so far: Uninstalling and reinstalling USB controller drivers Verifying that all USB and device drivers are up to date Verifying that BIOS is up to date Once I noticed that this was a problem that kept occurring, I turned on the debug logging feature in iCue and took a screenshot of the message that populates after. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
