As far as I can tell there has not been any replies besides the one asking for pictures of my invoice and a picture of the product number. I was wondering if maybe I’m missing a reply somewhere or that my ticket hasn’t been resolved yet. My computer is shutting down more frequently and it’s becoming a major issue. Thanks!
