Hello, My issue started a couple of weeks ago when Windows started to not recognized my mouse (Corsair Harpoon RGB Pro) at start up. Everytime, I have to un-plug, wait a couple of seconds and plug again my mouse to make Windows reload all the drivers in order to make it works. I tried several USB port, same problem, and my mouse drivers are up to date (according to iCue). Did someone already encounter this type of issue ? Thanks for your help gents. Tim

Thanks for your reply c-attack. Ineed it was just a wrong connexion on the lighting node core. Once connected to the correct slot, it works perfectly fine. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I have a Corsair case, iCue 465X RGB and a Corsair AIO H100X RGB. Both are working perfectly with iCue. I recently bought a LL120RGB fan to put at the back of my PC. I pluged it on my motherboard and pluged the RGB cable to the lighting node core of my case. Unfortunately, my fan doesn't lit. However, it is working, the only problem is the RGB. Have you ever run into this issue ? Thanks for your help. Tim
