  1. So checking the 'rgb wizard' was fruitless and after contacting customer support it seems to be a hardware issue. So if you come across this experiencing the same issue I would contact them and get an RMA because that's about all there is to do.
  2. Thank you I will try using the RGB Wizard and see if that works. Also I am not using the Lighting Node Core that was me referring to the 1-6 ports on the Commander. Where I have my old and new fans plugged in.
  3. These are the SP120 RGB Elite, both sets are. And do you know what specifically could be wrong with the set up? I find it hard to imagine how what could be misplaced when just those three headers aren't lighting things up. Every other header is working fine.
  4. Okay so I tried plugging the new fans into one of the ports occupied by the old fans and immediately the lighting turned on. So clearly I have a faulty piece of software, THANK YOU CORSAIR
  5. So I've had my Commander Core XT sine May, and so far it has worked perfectly fine lighting my first set of 3 sp120 fans. However I have just now added an additional 3 sp120 fans but none of them will light up. I have double checked that all of the rgb hub connectors and power connecters are plugged into the commander so I have no idea what could be going wrong. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iCue, but when the original 3 fans are lighting up and the most recent 3 are not I'm starting to think it may be a hardware issue. Someone please help. All fans are spinning.
