I am not tech savvy- I just finished my first ever PC build. I installed 3 RGB fans on the front and they worked perfectly at first, but when I installed the iCUE software, the rainbow cascade pattern they defaulted to wasn't an option and the outer ring of LEDs stopped working on the lowest fan.
Is this something uninstalling iCUE would fix, maybe? Have I broken my fans already?
I've attached a before iCUE pic (front panel off) and an after pic. I could really use some guidance here haha

Is there another Apex executable that you can try? Game launchers do not typically stay open for long as opposed to the actual game application.
-
Which version of iCUE are you currently on? Make sure you are up to date, 4.29.203 is the current version.

What do you have to unplug and replug? The USB cable or the Power cord? If it's the USB cord you have to reseat to get everything to work, where is the cable plugged in? Try plugging the USB cable directly to a motherboard USB port if you are using a USB hub.

Hey there! iCUE is already on the latest version so you should not be getting any prompts to update iCUE.
It might be worth clean installing iCUE, you can find the instructions here: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-

Hey there! I don't see a ticket for this, however you should be able to adjust the file path when installing iCUE, however iCUE works best and properly when installed on the same drive as the OS(the c drive). iCUE does not like being installed on a secondary drive.

I have a K55 RGB, I configured a key repaming, but when I close the application the repaming does not work, returning to the default configuration.
If you want the remaps to work when iCUE is not running, you will have to set it up as a "Hardware Key Assignment" instead of "Key Assignments". Like c-attack mentioned, "Key Assignments" is for when iCUE is running, whereas "Hardware Key Assignments" save to the keyboard.

Hey there! Do you have a ticket number for this? Support reply time can be roughly 2-3 days from time of submission of the ticket.
Might also be worth pressing the fan firmly in the center to see if that helps!

Have you double checked your USB Drivers and BIOS to make sure that they are both up to date?
EDIT: I see that your BIOS is up to date, I must have missed that.

Hey there, are you on iCUE 4.29.203?
-
Hey there! You are more than welcome to upgrade the storage, however the warranty will only cover the hardware that was purchased as they are purchased. The spec page will tell you what chipset is likely going to come on the motherboard, however the specific model can vary.

My PC completely 'flipped' yesterday as well, during the installation of iCue 4.29.
First of all, the setup didn't finish. It just disappeared.
But other than that, all USB devices got disconnected and reconnected over and over again. Same for my monitors who went into black screen and back to Windows.
After a few minutes of this, my Windows Explorer seemed to have crashed; couldn't click the startbutton, nor open the startmenu or any shortcut on the taskbar.
Another few minutes later I got a BSOD about IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
I did a system restore to BEFORE the update, removed iCUe and reinstalled the version prior to 4.29 (4.27 was the one I could find). Didn't have any problem with that version.
So yeah, I too believe there's something very wrong with this update!
That might be a driver issue, instead of updating to iCUE 4.29.203, try Clean installing iCUE to 4.29.203.

One of my ddr5 RAM break in 10 month of use. This is lower quality than I expect. I submitted a warranty support ticket on Saturday but haven't heard anything back yet. I looked up online and it sounds like I have to ship both RAM back, which means my computer will have no RAM. How can I use my computer then? Shall I just expect no computer for the duration of the RAM repair?
Hey there, if you can provide me with the ticket number, I can have someone look into this for you.
