Hello there! This an issue that we are aware of, and it should be fixed in a future update. This should not affect the performance of the headset.

Hey there! If you still have the box for your HS70 Pro Wireless headset, you should be able to find that information on the box where the barcode is located.

I have an asus motherboard with a tuf gaming 3080. I use icue to control my corsair ram, my h150i elite, and the tif gaming 3080 led. All of sudden the icue does not recognize the gpu. I have to use armory crate to control just the rgb on the gpu. Everything is up to date. I already tried the repair option and it did not work. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
As of right now, the lack iCUE GPU recognition with Nvidia's latest game ready driver installed is a known issue and would require a rollback to driver version 512.95

I have 2 builds each with a Strix 3090. The latest version of the driver caused the GPU to STOP being detected in iCue. I tested on both machines. It is the GeForce Driver doing this. if anyone knows how I can manually re-enable GPU detection would be highly appreciated. I will roll back the driver for now. Figured I would post this as I confirmed it 100%. I left a post over on the geforce support forums as well.

Hi all!
I'm hoping someone can suggest fixes to one or two of these problems.
1. Does anyone know how (besides electrical tape) to turn off the muted red mic LED? I can see red light reflected back at me in my glasses when the mic is up.
2. Periodic audio drop outs. Every 10 seconds to 30 seconds (no specific interval) the audio will drop out of the headset for a second. I'm about 10 feet from the dongle - but nothing is blocking line of site.
Thanks!
Hey there! Currently there is a setting for our headset to disable the LED while it is active, but as far as I know there is no current option to just outright disable the LED entirely. For my Virtuoso SE, I select the product's tile in iCUE, select Device Settings, and it's a toggle called "Disable LED When Mic is Active".
As far as the headset's audio dropping out, where is the wireless receiver plug into? If it's connected to a USB hub or passthrough I would try directly plugging the receiver in to your PC to see if that helps.

Hello there! I am sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with your headset. It sounds like it might be in bootloader mode. Try this:
