EDIT: Our team is aware of this, and it should resolved in a future version of iCUE.

This could very well be an issue with Windows GUI. Is windows up to date?

Might be worth powering down your system, unplugging it and draining any remaining power from it, then reseat the LCD to the pump, and the cable that is going from the Pump to the Commander Core. See if you will be able to install the latest version of iCUE after following the steps in that article.

It sounds like you setup Hardware Lighting but not Lighting Effects. Hardware lighting is what the product will use when iCUE is not actively running. Whereas Lighting Effects is for when iCUE is running.
