  1. Hi All, As I logged the thermistor fail via Corsair support they then sent me the following - from the ticket... There must have been a misunderstanding the Order was made for the GPU cooler and the GPU is overheating. If that is the case then the Block and the Radiator combo needs to be replaced to optimally cool the component. We do not RMA the GPU, and the Component you have in the photo is a Liquid loop and Pump, its referred to as an AIO (All-in-one) The closest video to instructions would be a video of jaytwocentz disassembling the Corsair one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjnkyOEVS-A Other than that removing the cooler would be the same as any other instructions such as: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGAZ-WYpaeY I've not fitted it yet as found that setting the fan settings on custom constant 50% - - as per @zguy85tips in this post keep it stable, and will keep the part to replace if when the unit dies completely Windows 11 Pro - 23H2 iCUE v5.17.110 Its very poor but as many have mentioned on this post before, the thermal design of the case simply can't cope with the hardware fitted (i9-12900k CPU/RTX 3080 GPU). I'm hoping I can keep the rig going for 12/24 months - if I get 4 years out of it that will be ok for me. Such a shame as the SFF design was a key buying point for me but will be more careful next time in my research and definitely won't be buying from Corsair in future.
  2. Hey Folks, I've also suddenly had overheating issues with my Corsair a200 (System fan will run at 100%, right facing light pipe will blink red) - checked the cooling log and it was showing GPU termistor fail - iCue fan was set to nothing initially (not sure if iCue update wiped profile settings?) - running iCue 5.12.97 - I've now set to custom at 60% as per zguy85's post - hopefully will help resolve but curious why this is suddenly an issue and no update from Corsair if Windows Update has broken functionality with iCue/Fan profiles? -I've also logged a call with Corsair support.
  3. It would be nice to know what's contained in the update - apart from updating a revision number in the bios.
  4. Hey Zguy, I logged a call via tech support and had the following response today I do apologize but we can only post new BIOS updates when MSI provides them for us, they have still not done so for this system. I've followed up to see if they've escalated internally with MSI or if we have the option to use MSI version without invalidating warranty, as premium unit ($4k+) I would expect better hardware support - the lack of microcode updates seem especially negligent as they supplied the unit with the newer CPU in a motherboard that doesn't officially support it - if you are going to design with parts from other manufacturers should ensure you have the associated support too for updates. *Anyone else watching this post, please reply or like, as suspect we need some community momentum with Corsair support to help clarify or address asap
  5. Any updates Corsair team on the BIOS updates for the i300?, as several have posted there seems to have been some important updates to the AMI BIOS by MSI since your last release of 1.C5 in 11/01/22 - list from MSI website below MEG Z690I UNIFY motherboard you supply in the i300 model. - Improved MFlash function - Update CPU Microcode - Adjust PCIe Lanes setting - Update CPU microcode to support Intel Core i9-12900KS CPU (this would appear a key one as my i300 has this model CPU installed) - Change the default setting of Secure Boot. - Fine-tuned memory compatibility. - Ready for next-gen CPU. - Improve compatibility with Asmedia SATA Port devices - Update CPU Micro code. - Improve PCIE storage compatibility. - Update CPU Micro code.

  7. Hi Corsair Mordred, They are currently set to default in iCUE, what should I change them to, as assume the fans would adjust accordingly?
  8. Hi All, Just received a new Corsair one - spec below We keep getting random black screen where monitor switches off and get occasional flickering (happens both in Windows and when gaming) - I'm concerned this is related to heat within the chassis in relation to the Nvidia 3080 card as only occurs after a few hours of use which should not be the case. done the usual troubleshooting, changing to different displayport, latest Nvidia drivers etc CORSAIR ONE i300 Compact Gaming PC, i9-12900K, Liquid-Cooled RTX 3080, 2TB M.2, 32GB DDR5-4800, Win11 Pro Any help appreciated or anyone else had this issue?
